Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy, please remember to call as soon as you know that you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment, and we'd be happy to rebook it for you.
Deposits are non-refundable.
You can only reschedule one time and transfer your deposit only one time to your next appointment if notified after 24 hrs.
If you miss an appointment or fail to give a 24 hours notice, you will be required to pay a fee of 50% of your service total.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your appointment time, you will result in a 50% charge.
No calls and no shows will result in a 100% service charge.
